Acoma Crape Myrtle

Acoma crape myrtle or Lagerstroemia x ‘Acoma’ is a dwarf sized (10ft) tree that is native to Asia and Australia. The crape myrtle spots lush white flowers in spring and summer. The plant has a greater resistance to powdery mildew than other types of crape myrtle trees.

The plant is easy to grow, and its long-lasting flowers are a welcome addition to any garden. The Acoma crepe myrtle requires only occasional pruning of its lower branches, a lot of sun, and well-draining slightly acidic to neutral soil.
